Overview

OFL is a reliable delivery app for hiring a truck or a bike at a low fare. Customers sign in on their own, while the operations team uses the OFL dashboard to run bookings, orders, warehouses, drivers, and last-mile jobs from one place.

The Problem

Truck freight and bike deliveries are often tracked in different tools. Bookings, pickups, inbound and outbound loads, and last-mile orders get split across spreadsheets and calls, so the team loses sight of customers, drivers, warehouses, and pricing.

Our Solution

We built the OFL dashboard for web and mobile, with a separate customer login beside the operations sign-in:

• A live dashboard for delivered orders, customers, bookings, warehouses, and drivers.
• Pickup, unpack, inbound, outbound, and last-mile order counts on one screen.
• Bookings, pending orders, and a full orders list.
• A storage hub, warehouse tools, and last-mile delivery orders.
• Customer details and an OFL team section.
• A drivers section, pricing rules, and vehicle settings.
• Service distribution and order activity charts.
• The same operational snapshot on mobile.
